Jeff Gordon Leading the Way in Support of Our Youth Soccer Players
“2010 Seaside Classic Tournament Sponsor Announced”


Jeff Gordon Chevrolet announces a renewal of the existing partnership with the Cape Fear Soccer Association (CFSA). The extended agreement includes support on and off the field. Team sponsorship, CFSA operations, and developmental programs will all benefit from Jeff Gordon’s assistance. In addition, the 2010 Jeff Gordon Chevrolet Seaside Classic Tournament in May, one of the largest on the East Coast will once again be named after the dealership. The Seaside classic brings thousands of visitors to the area through over 280 teams participating, with an overall economic impact in the Wilmington area estimated at 6 million dollars.

Jeff Gordon Chevrolet’s sponsorship will solidify CFSA’s position as the top Soccer program on the East Coast of NC and strengthens Jeff Gordon’s position as leader in providing opportunities for youth sports involvement in the Cape Fear Region. Our sponsorship of CFSA will ensure continued growth of an organization that provides a positive athletic environment for thousands of kids in the region. Soccer is the largest participated youth sport in the United States. The CSFA is home to over 2,200 children of all ages and abilities from the recreational player to the tournament level player. The Cape Fear Soccer Association in conjunction with Jeff Gordon Chevrolet is excited to announce the 15th Annual Seaside soccer Classic. The Annual Seaside Soccer Classic sponsored by Jeff Gordon Chevrolet will be played on Saturday, May 17th and Sunday, May 18th with the competition open to Boys & Girls Challenge and Classic Teams and U10 Academy teams.
